By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing any research, data, or communication provided by Mining Stock Monkey (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Service is owned and operated by Tangerine Travels Media, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The following refund policy applies to all paid subscription tiers for the Service:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property & Redistribution

  • Proprietary Paid Content: Access to paid research (including memos and valuation models) is for your personal use only. Sharing, forwarding, or redistributing paid content is strictly prohibited.
  • Free Content Sharing: You are welcome to share and forward our free newsletters (such as “The Silverback Letter”) for non-commercial purposes, provided that the content is shared in its entirety and properly attributed to Mining Stock Monkey.

6. Operational Independence & Ethical Standards

  • Independent Research: Mining Stock Monkey operates as an independent research service. We do not currently accept, and have no intention of accepting, payment or sponsorship from the companies we research.
  • No Front-Run Policy: To ensure member priority, the author, employees, and contractors will not trade in a profiled security until one (1) full trading day of market liquidity has passed following the publication of a new portfolio addition or Sell (Exit) Alert.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Hold Harmless: You agree to hold the author, the Service, the parent LLC, and all employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from your investment decisions.
  • No Liability for Losses: In no event shall Mining Stock Monkey or its affiliates be liable for any financial loss or consequence resulting from the use of the information provided herein.

8. Mandatory Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration First: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in the State of Wyoming.
  • Cost Sharing: The parties shall share the costs of the arbitration equally, unless the arbitrator determines that such sharing would be unconscionable.
  • Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and the results shall remain strictly confidential.
  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
